Day tours from Beijing, part 2
The Great Wall at Badaling, the Ming Tombs, the Sacred Way, and a visit to a silk factory.

The Great Wall in Badaling is very well preserved, and is possible to walk over the wall for a quite long distance.

The end of the rebuilt part.


	I now re-trace my steps back.


The day continues with a visit to the Ming tombs. They covers a very huge area.


	The tomb is about 20 meters below the ground.

The day finished with a visit to the silk factory.
